Role Overview
Tink is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to support our finance function in its international expansion. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day billing activities, ensuring complete documentation, and participating in finance-related reporting and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly and quarterly billing, issue invoices and answer client queries
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, to support billing in accordance with internal controls
- Support with general ledger bookings and balance sheet reconciliation
- Contribute to the development of processes and document routines for accounts receivable within the Group
- Drive and participate in various finance-related reporting and projects
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You will be responsible for planning your work and meeting deadlines, while also being a team player. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, and the ability to self-manage in an entrepreneurial environment. Fluency in English and Swedish is also required, with proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
