Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive customer success in the Nordics. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with Enterprise customers to deliver continuous value and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Utilize state-of-the-art Customer Success tools to drive business outcomes
- Contribute to a global, diverse team that values collaboration and innovation
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS industry
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations
- Ability to structure and prioritize work and work of others
- 3+ years of experience with Customer Success tools, e.g., Gainsight
- Fluent in English and Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish
