We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive customer success in the Nordics. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with Enterprise customers to deliver continuous value and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize state-of-the-art Customer Success tools to drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to a global, diverse team that values collaboration and innovation
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS industry
  • Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work and work of others
  • 3+ years of experience with Customer Success tools, e.g., Gainsight
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish
