We seek a motivated individual to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Representative. As we continue our journey from startup to scaleup, this role will play a crucial part in driving growth and expanding our market presence across Europe.
This operative role focuses on prospecting and outreach activities that drive the sales pipeline and create meaningful business opportunities. You should be comfortable making cold calls as part of your prospecting activities, which is an essential aspect of building relationships and opening doors to new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and outreach: Actively engage in prospecting new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to set up meetings.
- Crm management: Keep Hubspot updated with detailed records of each customer and lead status.
- Lead database maintenance: Organize a lead database for effective outreach.
- Content creation: Develop compelling email and LinkedIn templates for lead generation.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: +2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Tech savvy: Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
- Organizational skills: Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluency in English, with strong presentation skills.
- Comfort with cold calling: Confidence in reaching out to new prospects via phone is essential.
- Innovation-driven: A passion for technology, finance, and innovation.
Meritorious Skills:
- Background in scaleup organizations.
- Familiarity with open banking/psd2.
- Additional language skills.
- Familiarity with design tools like Powerpoint, Figma, Canva, and LinkedIn.
Appointment of Role:
This fulltime position involves permanent employment.
Salary:
The salary includes a fixed monthly amount and commission.
Reporting:
You will report to the CCO.
