Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to our work. You will also be responsible for documenting, tracking, and prioritizing support requests using our ticketing system.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies. Experience with ticketing systems, including Jira, and proficiency with Google Workspace administration are highly desirable.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will work closely with other teams to improve IT processes and user experience. Your excellent communication and service skills, combined with a problem-solving attitude, will enable you to provide outstanding support to our colleagues.
