Job Description
  • The Virtual Account Executive is responsible for acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals.
  • Candidates will effectively spend 70% of their time on active selling and 30% on supporting tasks such as network quotes, agreeing conditions with partners, and other sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new logo business and build a strong pipeline.
  • Actively seek out and develop new customers and opportunities.
  • Proactively contact existing clients to maximize business potential through upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Engage with new leads provided by the Operations Team to maximize MQL conversion into real opportunities.
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Acquire and develop own customer portfolio through direct touch with end users.
  • Provide consistent interaction with existing customers through upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Ensure timely communication of new products, services, and operational changes to customers.
  • Maintain and build account relationships.
  • Represent the Company at industry trade shows and conferences.
