In this role as a Category Manager, you will drive both commercial success and marketing activation impact across our product categories. Our goal is to ensure each product has a clear, actionable plan not only for its launch but also for maintaining consumer interest and market traction after the initial release.

You will work closely with product development, sales (both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer), marketing, and supply chain teams to build tailored strategies for each product category. Your commercial acumen and marketing activation mindset will ensure that we not only launch products effectively but also extend their lifecycle through strategic post-launch activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Activation & Lifecycle Management: Design and implement activation plans for each product category, focusing on driving continuous engagement and expanding reach beyond initial launches. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure products remain relevant and visible to potential new consumers.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain, to achieve product activation goals.
  3. Customer Engagement: Support in building post-purchase engagement programs that drive consumer loyalty, helping to nurture long-term relationships with customers through targeted content and community-building initiatives.
