We are seeking a Strategic Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Oneflow. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future direction of our products by combining user insights, market trends, and growth opportunities.
You will lead qualitative and quantitative research activities, collaborate with our Product Trio's, and mentor core team members in research best practices. Your expertise in a range of research methods will help us build the right product by connecting user insights with market opportunities.
This is a high-impact role that requires someone who thrives on connecting research to strategy and is eager to shape the future direction of our products. If you have 5+ years of experience in user research, product insights, or a related role, and possess expertise in a range of research methods, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrate user research with market and quantitative insights to create a shared understanding of customer needs, business opportunities, and the competitive landscape
- Explore and validate strategic opportunities by combining customer insights with market dynamics and data-driven findings
- Bridge the gap between tactical UX research and strategic decision-making, creating a more research-driven organisation
