This is an exciting opportunity to join our Xplore team and drive innovation and growth across our organization. As an Opportunity Development Specialist, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify and develop new business opportunities that align with our company vision.
You will be responsible for searching, capturing, and synthesizing new opportunities and partnerships, and turning them into validated business potentials. This will involve exploring new markets, technologies, and business models, and identifying potential partners and collaborators.
You will also lead the work on establishing and engaging partnership networks, scouting for new explorations and development, and managing accelerator and incubator initiatives to integrate internal and external innovation capacities.
