About the Role

Einride is a pioneering company in the transportation and logistics industry, leveraging digital, electric, and autonomous technologies to revolutionize road freight. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and revenue expansion in the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Commercial Growth: Collaborate with the team to achieve ambitious commercial growth and revenue goals in the UKI region.
  • Nurture Sales Pipeline: Creatively develop and maintain the sales pipeline and go-to-market commercial strategy for prioritized verticals and strategic accounts.
  • Lead Sales Process: Define the right sales strategy, identify the ideal buying persona, and navigate long sales cycles until contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the full solution development and sales stream, up to the customer's senior executive level.
  • Commercial Support: Offer continued commercial support throughout deployment and operations.
  • Represent Einride: Be the face of Einride at events, trade fairs, and customer visits.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in complex and consultative B2B sales with a solid commercial or sales background and network.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in high-level negotiations and successful deal closures from industry goods, services, and SaaS businesses.
  • Self-Driven: Highly motivated and self-driven to meet and exceed client expectations, with a strong determination to win.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Solutions-Oriented: Solutions-oriented mindset, approaching opportunities and challenges in a complex product environment from a holistic perspective.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative and true team player who helps others succeed in order to successfully reach our common sales targets.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales pipeline development and outreach, functional sales experience in supply chain/operations or transportation services, or verticals business such as retail, consumer, or industry goods.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to quickly establish trusted relationships with customer leadership executives.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and meet customers and prospects of different industry clusters throughout the UKI region.
