Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. This is a remote position that requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of digital asset management.

Our Digital Asset Management system provides a wide range of assets to various users and systems within our organization. To meet the needs of our consumers, these assets must be edited and tagged with product information and other metadata. This is a critical role that demands both a creative eye and a quality-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the actual tagging and editing of assets, as well as planning work with the product owner and managing internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for managing support tickets and providing assistance to end-users when they encounter issues related to images and tagging. The consultant must have a technical interest in both support and collaboration with developers, as they will be working closely together. The assignment requires minimal travel.

Requirements
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage stress
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Pre-requisite experience in Digital Asset Management and basic knowledge of Office, focusing on Excel
Advantageous if the candidate has a technical interest, as they will be involved in discussions with software developers regarding the development of new tools.
