Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the growth of our Financial Lines portfolio by assessing and underwriting Nordic risks and providing clients with insurance solutions.
- Process renewals and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients, existing and new, to promote our range of products in the Nordics.
- Keep customer files updated and in good order, and perform peer reviews to ensure high-quality underwriting standards.
- Handle administrative services and assistance to brokers or clients, and ensure bookings are registered within the required timeframes.
- Collaborate with local Financial Lines underwriting teams in Stockholm and Copenhagen to achieve business objectives.
- Degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in the insurance market, preferably with 2-3 years of experience, or high future potential.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Proficiency in both English and Swedish, verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle processes and structures well, with a service-minded approach.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and ability to learn relevant applications for the role.
