  • Take ownership of underwriting challenges and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of underwriting decisions.
Requirements:
  • Underwriting Expertise: Solid understanding of A&H products and risk management.
  • Broker Relationships: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with brokers to drive business growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess risk and make data-driven underwriting decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of underwriting challenges and resolve them professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Effective communicator with the ability to negotiate favorable terms and collaborate with internal teams.
