Senior Sales Executive

As a Passenger Sales Manager at Chapman Freeborn, you will play a key role in identifying targets and securing business opportunities across both passenger and private jet products.
- You will develop and implement passenger sales strategies across the region, aligned with our VP PAX EU and CCO objectives.
- Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base and ensuring a strong market presence.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for air charter, passenger solutions, aviation, freight forwarding, logistics, or the travel industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to learn and grow with our global team, we invite you to join us.
Key Responsibilities:- To proactively support the development of passenger strategies and implement related business objectives across the region.
- In conjunction with our VP PAX EU and CCO, you will develop country-specific plans aligned with passenger sales strategies.
- You will work closely with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners to generate further business.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiatives such as following up on new leads, client recommendations, and networking opportunities.
- You will work in partnership with our region's passenger brokers, providing them with relevant information and supporting them throughout the brokering process.
- Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within the Nordics.
- Effective local language and English language skills.
- Detailed knowledge of the local market.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building, account management, and customer service skills.
- The ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
