As a Passenger Sales Manager at Chapman Freeborn, you will play a key role in identifying targets and securing business opportunities across both passenger and private jet products.

  • You will develop and implement passenger sales strategies across the region, aligned with our VP PAX EU and CCO objectives.
  • Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base and ensuring a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To proactively support the development of passenger strategies and implement related business objectives across the region.
  • In conjunction with our VP PAX EU and CCO, you will develop country-specific plans aligned with passenger sales strategies.
  • You will work closely with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners to generate further business.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiatives such as following up on new leads, client recommendations, and networking opportunities.
  • You will work in partnership with our region's passenger brokers, providing them with relevant information and supporting them throughout the brokering process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within the Nordics.
  • Effective local language and English language skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the local market.
  • Experience in the aviation industry.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship building, account management, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
