About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient MSP services to our clients in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with hiring managers and/or other relevant customer contacts to facilitate staff augmentation needs and all related transactions.
  • Own and operate operational meetings with dedicated hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare job descriptions and requisitions.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screening, submit candidates to hiring managers for their review.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates, suppliers, and hiring managers.
  • Billing rate negotiations and evaluation of candidates.
  • Administration related to projects, projects' extensions, etc.
  • Supplier relations, setting-up new suppliers, informing suppliers about standards, processes, and ways of working.
  • Answering suppliers' and customers' questions.
  • Daily contact with strategic suppliers on the specific market to ensure a steady flow and pipeline.
  • Serving the client with strategic market insights based on client-specific needs.
