Role Overview:

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by developing and implementing strategies that empower regional sales teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to create and manage sales tools, resources, and training programs.
  2. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to optimize sales processes and boost efficiency.
  3. Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on process optimization in the minerals industry.
  5. Safety First: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Experience in developing, driving, and executing technology/digital solutions go-to-market strategies.
  2. Commercial experience including identifying and creating sales opportunities, value propositions, etc.
  3. Practical and theoretical knowledge of mining equipment and processes is advantageous.
  4. Proven ability to understand, analyze, and communicate system processes, technology, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
