The role of European Operations Manager is a pivotal position within Stryker European Operations Limited - Dutch Branch Office. This key individual will play a central part in driving commercial success and operational efficiency across the company.

As a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience, you will possess a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Project Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Your excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to analyze data will be crucial in supporting decision-making.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead strategic commercial operations, eliminate bottlenecks, empower teams, and enable informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align operational processes with commercial goals.
