Designing User Experiences for Accessibility

We are seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to join our team at Professional Galaxy AB. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that meet the highest standards of accessibility.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales and business teams to improve user experiences that support business processes. You will make strategic UX decisions based on user research, data, and business goals.

You will use Figma to create user interfaces and clear documentation for stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days onsite in Malmö. Proficiency in Jira and Figma is required, as well as good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to share knowledge and ideas is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to improve user experiences supporting business processes.
  • Make strategic UX decisions based on user research, data, and business goals.
  • Use Figma to create user interfaces and clear documentation for stakeholders.
