We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional commercial operations. As a Senior Manager of Regional Operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing effective strategies, and managing a team of high-performing professionals.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision will be crucial in directing business functions, maintaining client relationships, generating new business, and improving service.

You will need to grow a highly functioning team, expand in the region, and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth by meeting company and sales revenue targets through individual contribution and management of the sales team.
  • Oversee daily business operations, work with the existing management team to ensure customer success, and recruit new employees to build and motivate the team.
  • Evaluate performance and productivity with the management team, analyze accounting and financial data, and lead sales generation and growth.
  • Nurture and build relationships with key accounts and suppliers, develop and implement marketing and growth strategies, and work with the marketing team to organize and lead exhibitions.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements, liaise with development teams to bring customer visions to market, and generate reports and deliver performance presentations.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager, Commercial Manager, or similar executive role, with in-depth knowledge of sales and operational processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and achieve sales and financial plans, with outstanding organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical abilities, with problem-solving aptitude and adherence to company standards and policies.
