The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant for our Diabetes Care Division based out of Sweden. This role will work on a Nordic level with a main focus on the Swedish Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Plan Implementation: Coordinate and implement commercial plans using all elements of the marketing mix, including brand development to increase sales and maximize brand potential.
  • Evaluate branding alignment with guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Content Creation: Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure consistency in voice.
  • Manage Veeva re-approvals.
  • Assist in implementing campaigns including advertisement, new product launches, sponsorships, events, and other initiatives.
  • Liaise closely with support functions such as Regulatory, Customer Services, Sales, Market Access, GSM, External Agencies, and EMEA Marketing.
  • Digital Projects: Support digital projects like setting up websites in AEM, CRM in Selligent, and other tools.
  • Perform administrative tasks including invoices, POs, contracts, PSAs, and compliance-related documents.
