As a Senior Sales Manager at Siemens Mobility, you will be positioned at the intersection of innovation and strategy, shaping the future of our sales operations while building meaningful partnerships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a commercially responsible team strategy to enhance revenue and achieve business and sales targets, ensuring alignment with Siemens Mobility's global strategy and goals.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career development to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Pipeline and Pursuit Oversight: Drive the strategic direction for sales pipelines, oversee key pursuits, and ensure effective execution to close deals in line with business guidelines.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Manage budgets, cost controls, and pipeline reporting, ensuring accurate monitoring of financial and non-financial performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Software Sales Management in SaaS business, including value selling (e.g., Challenger approach).
  • Knowledge of Digital Industry Software Solutions and sales processes/methodologies.
  • Strong skills in presentation, communication, facilitation, and collaboration.
  • Shown expertise in customer leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making based on CRM systems SFDC.
  • Experience in people and business management, achieving goals, and managing execution.
  • Strong big-picture thinking, sharp business insight, and entrepreneurial demeanour.
  • Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, and leading through change.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel to customer sites as needed.
