We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Office Manager to join our team at Freemelt AB in Gothenburg.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture and supporting our team.
Key Responsibilities- HR Function: Oversee and develop our HR function, ensuring policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Office Management: Manage office facilities and ensure a safe, well-functioning workplace environment that supports the productivity and well-being of our staff.
- Executive Assistant: Act as an executive assistant, supporting leadership with administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Reception Duties: Handle reception duties, including mailbox and switchboard management, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Company Events: Organize company events, conferences, and team-building activities that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Contracts and Files: Maintain contracts, organize company files, and administer group insurance policies in accordance with established procedures.
- Compliance: Drive compliance with internal and external requirements, supporting the Finance team in achieving our business objectives.
- Process Writing: Write and update processes, policies, instructions, and routines within your areas of responsibility, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- IT Administration: Coordinate and manage GDPR compliance and IT administration, working closely with external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Work Environment: Lead work environment initiatives and ensure office routines are implemented and followed, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Special Projects: Lead occasional projects to enhance our workplace and processes, leveraging your expertise and creativity to drive improvement.
