About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Product Manager to support the growth of our product portfolio, focusing on the commercial customer relationship. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales growth through increasing knowledge, awareness, and customer relevance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Capture customer feedback and translate it into strategy for product positioning, pricing, communication, and innovation.
  2. Assess product/market opportunities/gaps to drive development plans for sales growth.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers and Business Partners, to achieve business objectives.
  4. Be engaged in product price setting, using appropriate tools and methods, and own the annual price increase.
  5. Base NPI decisions on factual and realistic revenue assumptions, considering price and positioning considerations.
Requirements
  1. Several years of hands-on experience in sales roles.
  2. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  3. Ability to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Availability to travel globally, up to 40% of working time.
