About the Role
The Stryker Group is seeking a highly skilled Repair and Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in the field.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker's products.
- You will deliver technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers.
- You will conduct annual checks and calibration according to MDR on customer sites.
- You will utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information.
- You will assist the regulatory affairs department/customer to action product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices.
- You will fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance.
- You will support the installation of Stryker systems on customer sites.
- You will perform software and hardware upgrades.
- You will efficiently and thoroughly document service activities for internal and external reference.
- You will ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools.
- You will provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- You will escalate opportunities and issues in appropriate team meetings.
- You will ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues.
- You will ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty.

Requirements
- You have an educational background in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, or Software.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish (technical and medical).
- You have a good level of English to understand training and manuals, in writing and speaking.
- You have adequate IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook).
- You hold a full Driver's license.
- You can build relationships with internal and external customers to drive brand loyalty.
