Your Role
Embrace a new opportunity to leverage your expertise in change and configuration management within a pioneering environment. Collaborate with innovative and dedicated colleagues as you take the lead in ensuring the integrity of project frameworks through proficient Change & Configuration management. Your daily responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various teams across the organization, including Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, as well as the issuance and monitoring of action plans for Change Orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the configuration and change management process in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
- Assess Quality, Cost, and Delivery impacts resulting from project modifications.
- Develop and issue the configuration and change management strategy.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and application of the rules outlined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP) by all team members.
- Oversee documentation requirements as specified by the Customer.
- Organize and manage project developments through structured change initiatives.
Candidate Profile

- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of documentation management systems and best practices.
- Understanding of change & configuration processes within a project context.
- A proven ability to adapt in dynamic project environments.
- Strong resilience and leadership capabilities to drive project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
