The OpportunityWe are seeking a Customer Renewal Specialist to manage a designated portfolio of client accounts and effectively oversee the renewal process. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and retention while achieving organizational objectives.
ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and finalize client renewals across various product lines and regions. Ensure quarterly objectives are met or surpassed regarding price adjustments, multi-year contracts, timely renewals, client retention, and churn. Analyze client contracts for pertinent terms and conditions. Maintain precise data, reporting, and forecasting related to assigned renewals. Cultivate an understanding of Clarizen's licensing and pricing structures, renewal protocols, and procedures. Present the Clarizen platform to clients for optimal engagement, including new features and offerings. Address and resolve any renewal-related issues and escalations promptly, utilizing appropriate resources as necessary. Collaborate with account team members to strategize successful renewals. Lead departmental initiatives as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Proficient in English and business-level fluency in either French or German. 3-5 years of experience in renewals or a related field. Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. Strong team player with the ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration in a hybrid work setting. Self-motivated and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Excellent numerical, presentation, and communication abilities. Positive, personable, and adaptable demeanor.
