We are seeking a strategic partner to drive execution of our transaction banking strategy and support decision-making processes. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders across various business units, ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
About this Opportunity
The Transaction Banking Strategy Office aims to add value by executing a continuously updated transaction banking strategy, providing competitive payments products and solutions to personal and corporate customers. As a strategic partner, you will play a vital role in driving strategy work and progress on development activities, interacting with stakeholders across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update comprehensive strategies for transaction banking
- Formulate sub-strategies to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Create high-quality material and develop effective storylines to anchor internal and external support for strategic initiatives
- Deliver presentations to senior audiences with credibility and adaptability
- Act as a proactive problem solver, facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders and navigating organizational contexts to build support and achieve objectives
The role is based in Stockholm or Helsinki.

Experience and Background:
- Great understanding and experience of retail and corporate payments businesses and products
- Experience working in fast-paced and complex projects on both tactical and strategic levels
- Strong understanding of business drivers within the retail payment area and how it creates value
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in storytelling and presentation skills
