We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team at Klarna AB, a company dedicated to liberating humanity from the burden of managing finances. As a Principal ICT and Security Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our security and compliance strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a dynamic team responsible for audit, compliance, and technical security operations oversight.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and frameworks that address our risk landscape.
- Oversee regular security risk assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop security strategies that protect our assets and data while enhancing operational efficiencies and customer trust.
- Drive the development and implementation of training programs to raise security and compliance awareness across all departments.
- Regularly report to senior management on the status of security and compliance efforts, providing strategic insights and recommendations for enhancements.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Information Security Professional with a technical background.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of security and compliance professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and executive management.
