The Role of Technical Delivery Manager at Iver
As a Technical Delivery Manager at Iver, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that our security services deliver the highest possible value. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to continuously improve our deliveries and meet customer needs and expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Attend regular meetings with customers, participate in the onboarding process of new customers, and work on continuous improvements with customers.
- Share information and knowledge about customer deliveries within the SOC.
- Hold regular reporting meetings with customers, present status and SOC reports.
- Work together with the Head of SOC Operations, platform owners, and security analysts to develop service operations and represent the team from a technical perspective to customers.

- Create and maintain descriptions of specific services and configurations, as well as how to interact with customers.

Your Background and Profile
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a strong interest and knowledge in IT security, as well as the ability to quickly learn new technologies and possess good analytical skills. It is essential to have high social skills, naturally creating trust and building lasting relationships in your work. In addition, you should be confident in yourself and have a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to see things from a holistic perspective.
Requirements
- Relevant education in IT security
- Understanding of security platforms SIEM, EDR, and XDR
Desirable
- Experience working in a technical role with a focus on security, such as a security analyst or network analyst/technician.
- Experience leading technical deliveries and serving as a point of contact for customers.
- Certifications in IT security, such as BTL-1 (Blue team level 1), SEC+, or SC-200
