Job Description

We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key client interface, you'll manage complex projects and programs, developing working relationships, problem-solving, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
  • Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
  • Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates
  • Bring strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, and BMS
  • Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction
  • A minimum of 5-10 years project management experience, gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of all main project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
