As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing processes to resolve complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless communication with our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live reports for performance, sentiment, and player safety.
  • Assist a team of agents and clear obstacles that stand in the way of excellent support.
  • Resolve escalated issues within customer support and community.
  • Work with CS, QA, and the game team to create customer-facing tutorials and walkthroughs.
  • Stay in lock-step with the community team so that our messaging is consistent.
