About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management System Engineer to join our team at GPV Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support external and internal audits
  • Develop and improve the integrated management system
  • Document and follow up on compliance with our certifications and standards
  • Develop and implement quality-related processes, methods, and analyses (Quality Data Management)
  • Establish and maintain quality management systems and other necessary systems, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22163 (IRIS)
  • Follow up on corrective actions
  • Coordinate, interpret, and follow up on global processes
  • Other tasks that may be included in the position
  • Management, development, and updating of documentation systems
  • Distribution of non-technical documentation in the factory
  • Support colleagues in matters related to the documentation system
Requirements
  • Knowledge of quality and environmental standards
  • Good understanding of ISO and IRIS standards
  • Understanding of quality tools and analysis tools
  • Good knowledge of customer requirements and standards
  • Understanding of EMS processes and related standards
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
