Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Sweden

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mobile water treatment equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Installation: Set up and install equipment at customer locations, ensuring it functions correctly and safely.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment remains in good working condition during the rental period.
  • Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair equipment if it breaks down or experiences technical issues during the rental period.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including service reports, parts replacements, and work performed.
  • Equipment Verification: Oversee and participate in factory acceptance testing procedures to verify equipment performance and compliance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards and address any compliance issues.
  • Training: Offer training to customers or rental staff on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory of rental equipment, order spare parts when needed, and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Vocational Diploma: In Engineering or equivalent electrical work experience.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Field Service Engineer (in the water industry) or a similar role.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Language Skills: A good level of English and Swedish language to communicate effectively and clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Google Application Suite and/or Microsoft Office software packages and diagnostic tools used in equipment servicing.
