IT Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to join our team at Onitio. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

• Provide on-site technical support to customers, resolving IT-related issues and improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in IT support, network administration, and software installation.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B-körkort (driver's license) and a valid passport.
