Job Description
This role will be based in Stockholm, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines time spent at home and at our office. The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex solutions directly or through partners to Academic and Government Sector in the Nordic Region.
You will be responsible for generating new opportunities within this sector, responding to inbound inquiries, and approaching municipalities, local governments, health care, and higher education institutions to build solutions helping them hire the best candidates in a cost-effective and time-efficient way.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously
- Generate new opportunities within the Academic and Government Sector, both directly and through partners
- Articulate LinkedIn Talent Solutions value proposition to senior leaders within the public sector
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects
- Create reliable forecasts and be transparent with management on the pipeline status
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
- Closing renewals of your existing customers
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and document competitive information
- Invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement
- Develop and circulate best practices for the team
- Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams
