About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Delivery to join our team at o9 Solutions Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our AI-driven platform, the o9 Digital Brain, for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and resources, to ensure successful implementation of our platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software vendors, customers, and partners, to motivate and direct project teams.
  3. Act as the primary interface with clients regarding deliverables, changes, and status updates.
  4. Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from blueprint to hypercare.
  5. Create detailed project plans and align stakeholders on project milestones and timelines.
  6. Track plan vs. actuals and document reasons for deviations, developing action plans to mitigate delays.
  7. Provide detailed project status updates to stakeholders on agreed-upon cadence.
  8. Document vacation schedules for team members and approve timesheets and invoices in a timely manner.
  9. Complete project management and administration tasks required by clients.
  10. Ensure team members understand tasks and deliverables.
  11. Document risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
  12. Maintain a detailed issue log with ETA, ownership, and resolution.
  13. Provide knowledge transition and documentation to o9 support teams post-go-live.
  14. Engage with customers to manage priorities and expectations.
  15. Ensure timely communication regarding project or personnel concerns.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics domain with a focus on planning.
  3. Project Management experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation.
  4. Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.
  5. Knowledge of supply chain solutions.
  6. PMP certification is a plus.
  7. Strong knowledge of project management principles and artifacts.
  8. Knowledge of project management software, spreadsheet, document processing, and presentation software.
  9. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills in English and Japanese.
  10. Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones.
