Client Success Ambassador

We're Alva Labs, a Stockholm-based SaaS company that offers a solution to help global companies grow their teams scientifically. As a Customer Success Professional, you'll be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships with our customers' decision-makers and key stakeholders – positioning Alva as a strategic recruitment partner.
Our unique candidate assessment platform helps companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place. You'll work closely with customers to unlock their hiring strategy's full potential, ensuring every customer achieves measurable success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and develop relationships with our customers' decision-makers and key stakeholders – positioning Alva as a strategic recruitment partner.
- Comfortably interact with stakeholders at all levels – profoundly understanding their objectives, challenges, and expectations.
- Drive adoption and usage of Alva to unlock upsell opportunities, collaborating closely with sales colleagues.
- Maintain a diverse portfolio of customers across various sectors, sizes, and markets.
About You

- You have a background in Recruitment or Customer Success, with experience in stakeholder management across different seniority levels.
- You thrive in an ambitious environment, where high expectations drive impact.
- You're fluent in English, both written and verbally. For this position, Swedish is also required.
