Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong background in labour relations and union collaboration.">
  • Data-driven mindset using insights to inform HR decisions and strategic planning.">
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.">
  • Experience in matrixed organizations balancing regional and global priorities.">
  • Fluency in English, with fluency in Swedish required and other Nordic language skills being a plus.">
