About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our IT team at Saab Inc. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hardware infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure activities, including hardware maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on hardware infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
