I rollen som Service Manager för Hardware förväntas du ha en holistisk syn på verksamheten, hantera den dagliga driften, ekonomisk uppföljning, tjänsteuppföljning samt förbättringsarbeten. Rollen inkluderar inköp och utvärdering av leverantörer, livscykelhantering, säkerhetsuppdateringar, utveckling och nyutveckling. Du kommer att arbeta nära Service Managers och Service Owners inom Digital Workplace.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
- Ansvarig för förvaltningsaktiviteter samt mindre projektuppdrag
- Kontaktyta mot verksamheten utifrån de tjänster som ingår
- Driva teamkänsla och den kultur vi eftersträvar på Digital Workplace
- Regelbunden uppföljning med Service Owners kring tjänster och nya initiativ
Vi letar efter dig som har rätt kompetens, erfarenhet och förmåga att hantera ovanstående utmaningar. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har ett stort intresse för teknik, är kundorienterad och affärsinriktad, samt har en god analytisk förmåga. Du är van vid att arbeta självständigt men är också en bra lagspelare. För att trivas med oss behöver du vara serviceinriktad och gilla att arbeta i en miljö där förutsättningarna kan förändras snabbt, baserat på användarnas behov och Service Owners prioriteringar.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
