The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercialization Manager to spearhead the availability and readiness of our innovative products and solutions. This key role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and deploy our cutting-edge deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive commercialization strategies for Manta's products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer and operational needs.
  • Design pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Manage product deployment, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure readiness for launch, including necessary instructions, training, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in the offshore and subsea industry.
  • Experience launching new technology in the technology or robotics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis.
