We currently have around 70 employees in our main offices in Linköping, Stockholm, and Darlington.

The Role
The Commercialization Manager will be responsible for availability and readiness for the company's innovative products and solutions from Technology and Engineering to the operations teams. The job holder will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan launch, training and deployment of the deliveries from the company.

•Develop and drive the implementation of commercialization strategies for Manta's products and solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define need from operations and customers.
•Develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability of products and solutions.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
•Manage product deployment, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
•Ensure readiness for launch of product in the Technology and Engineering organization as well as in operations organization to make sure that necessary instructions, training and procedures are in place.
•Monitor and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field; MBA preferred.
•Proven experience from offshore and subsea industry.
•Preferably experience from launching new technology in the technology or robotics industry. E.g. subsea robotics and intelligent automation.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
•Experience with data analysis.
