Job Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Asset Management: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hardware resources of our data center. This includes overseeing the entire lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement and implementation to maintenance and decommissioning.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for registering and inventorying all hardware assets in the data center.
  • Database Management: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of the data center's hardware assets.
  • Security and Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that existing hardware meets the company's security and compliance requirements.
  • Coordination and Maintenance: You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs of hardware equipment.
  • Inspections and Audits: You will be responsible for conducting inspections and audits of hardware assets.
  • Strategic Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies for cost-effective management of hardware resources.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant higher education in the field of technology, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in hardware asset management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with asset management systems and tools.
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements in the IT industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Telecommunications, Datacom, or Data Center industry.
