We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Source Inspector to join our team at TRIGO Aerospace Defense & Rail. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will be responsible for performing inspection operations of in-process or completed hardware, ensuring dimensional and visual accuracy.

• Perform inspection operations of in-process or completed hardware, including dimensional and visual inspection.
• Verify FAI's to AS9102 for accuracy and completeness.
• Review all paperwork relating to the product, including operations such as Final Inspection, Receiving Inspection, Outside processing, and Assembly.
• Travel to different locations to perform source inspection at the end customer's suppliers' location.

• 3+ years' experience as a quality inspector, technician, or engineer in an aerospace manufacturing facility.
• Experience in performing FAI's – AS9102, dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace machined components, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge of CMM Inspection process and blueprint interpretation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as an effective team member.

The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk (approximately 1-2 miles a day); sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will occasionally drive long distances to and from various suppliers as needed.
