About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our RST Systems unit as the Head of Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative measurement systems and software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and developers to design, develop, and implement measurement systems and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical physics, industrial design, computer engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in software development and system integration, with a strong understanding of agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the engineering and architecture consultancy industry.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
