
Ad Sales Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business and a minimum of 3 years experience in digital media, planning, and/or buying. They will have strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industry.
The ideal candidate will have a reputation for providing outstanding customer service and be able to translate client requests into recommendations that meet business objectives and deliver desired outcomes. They will be able to craft impactful sales rationale stories using data and research.
The candidate should be a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team-focused organization. They will work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).
- Develop media plans that meet client objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
- Promote Spotify's ad products to clients and help them understand how our solutions can drive business results.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal organizations to structure campaigns to meet important metrics and deliver desired outcomes.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance reporting to optimize/revise media plans.
- Leverage campaign reporting and insights to proactively identify, pitch, and close incremental and expansion opportunities to help grow the business.
