Your Opportunity:

As the Product Development Manager at BU Metallurgy, you'll be responsible for driving the future of our product offerings, leveraging your leadership experience and technical expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead R&D activities at BU Metallurgy, aligning them with business strategies and objectives.
  • Transform technical advancements and new market requirements into competitive offerings, enhancing our long- and mid-term offer competitiveness.
  • Drive product management initiatives to increase efficiency in development processes and reduce time to market.
  • Ensure transparency and effective reporting to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing change within an organization.
  • Strong background in product development, especially within the process industry.
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience in R&D, focusing on hardware and larger systems.
  • Experience from OEM to process industry or other relevant industries is beneficial.
