Job Title: Moped and MC-Scooter Parts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our Moped/MC-Scooter Parts & Accessories category. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in category management, product management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of MC or Moped/MC-Scooter parts is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a clear strategy for the Moped/MC-Scooter Parts & Accessories category.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and exclusive deals.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to improve underperforming products or subcategories.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Optimize category pages and product listings to enhance customer experiences and maximize search visibility.
  • Ensure product images and information are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze category performance using key metrics such as sales, margins, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to senior management on category performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Use customer feedback to refine the product offering and improve the shopping experience.
