This is where you come in – as a Category Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to increase sales and visibility for selected categories. Your expertise in marketing and negotiation will be instrumental in building relationships with strategic partners and expanding our offering.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing category growth plans to boost performance and visibility.
- Creating and executing marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
- Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Building and nurturing relationships with external partners to expand our offering.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within e-commerce or retail.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Self-motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience influencing and negotiating with external partners.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms is a plus.
- A keen interest in sales and marketing.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
