About the Role

Lime, a leading provider of shared electric vehicles, is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Policy and Communications team in the Nordics. As a Senior Manager, Public Policy, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's public policy agenda and developing strategic relationships with government officials, city representatives, and other stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Public Policy Strategies: Design and implement effective public policy strategies to support Lime's business objectives in the Nordics.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, city representatives, and other stakeholders to advance Lime's interests and promote its vision for sustainable urban mobility.
  • Monitor and Analyze Public Policy Developments: Stay up-to-date on public policy developments in the Nordics and identify opportunities and challenges that may impact Lime's business.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other Lime teams, including operations, product, marketing, and communications, to ensure alignment and effective execution of public policy initiatives.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communications to various stakeholders, including government officials, city representatives, and other external partners.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic Language
  • 5+ years of experience in politics, public affairs, political campaigns, and/or business development in a government-related environment
  • Deep understanding of Nordic politics and policy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinker with a passion for sustainable mobility, urban planning, and leveraging tech innovation for the greater good
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a public institution such as City Hall or Government
  • Degree in political science, public affairs, public relations, or equivalent
