To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in small and medium-sized businesses, either in sales or talent acquisition capacity.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and engage potential clients via multiple channels.
  • Multichannel proficiency, including phone, emails, and social media.
  • Persistence and resilience, with determination to pursue leads and overcome rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members across different departments.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
